At CB, our values stem from 1946, our heritage, the good ol' Aussie values of yesteryear when life was much simpler..... but maybe not so easy.

When shovels were used to loads trucks by hand, air-conditioned equipment was a luxury, and opportunity was open to those willing to work hard and get their hands dirty.

Today, although much has changed, our core values remain the same:
