Winners QLD Worksafe Awards

CB Energy won in the Category of 'Best Solution to an Identified Electrical Safety Issue' for development of a safer method to cut an inspection window into conduit containing live high voltage electrical cable. This method has since been adopted by supply authorities in QLD and NSW.  A special thanks goes out to CB Energy Construction Manager Leon Robinson for his innovation in bringing the device to fruition and dedication to enhancing the safety of the CB Team. 

 

To cap off a stellar night for the CB Team, HSEQ AND HR Manager Mark Philippi was awarded Highly Commended for 'Best Individual Contribution to Work Health and Safety.
